I worked at BakerStreet, a fine dining restaurant in Fort Wayne, Indiana for a little over three years. In that time I waited tables and bartended while I went to school, and eventually became their marketing manager. Some of the things I initiated: weekly food photo shoots, the 4820 Dinner Series, social media, an e-newsletter, a patio dinner series, and the introduction of craft beer to the restaurant.
